Our luncheons warmly welcome a gathering of 120-150 older adults residing in or near Arden Hills, New Brighton, North Oaks, Mounds View, Shoreview, and Vadnais Heights. Community Senior Lunches - Fall 2026Older Adult (50+)Join your neighbors and friends for a lunch this Winter/Spring!! Each month will feature a meal & dessert from a local restaurant or caterer, as well as entertainment and/or an educational presentation pertaining to the needs and interests of adults 50+. Companions of any age are welcome to attend. Hosted in partnership with the City of New Brighton and Mounds View Public Schools. September 24: Lunch from Culvers. Entertainment will be provided by singer Mia Dorr October 20: Lunch from Davannis. Bingo will be the entertainment. November 24: Lunch from Moe's American Grill. Thanksgiving dinner and pumpkin pie. Strategy, Collectible Card and Role Playing ClubStrategy GamesTake strategy gaming to the next level! Play challenging and popular games like Catan, Pandemic, 7 Wonders, Splendor, Evolution and Godsforge. Playing games develops analysis, problem-solving, communication, negotiation skills and…it’s also great fun! Presented by CSGA Enrichment. Players will learn at least 3 new games and how they end in order to complete full games Players can make decisions on game play and explain the rules with or without adults present Players are able to resolve a disagreement with & without adults present Players can set-up and take down games in order to have them ready for future players. Reduced Fees & Financial Assistance:Youth who are residing within the Mounds View Public Schools boundaries and currently qualify for educational benefits and/or free/reduced lunch may be eligible for reduced fees and partial scholarships to qualifying Enrichment & Activities programs. Financial support is provided by the Ralph Reeder Food Shelf, District Community Education Scholarship fund and other community donors. Qualifying Enrichment and Activities will have a Financial Support/Educational Benefits fee rate that is 50% of the full fee for the program.
