Summer Middle School Ultimate Frisbee

Ultimate Frisbee is an exciting team sport where two teams try to score in opposite end zones by passing the disc and playing defense. It's the perfect post-COVID activity for kids!

This is our first summer frisbee program and it's designed to be flexible, accessible, and fun. We will play 4 days a week - not to fill up your calendar, but instead to accommodate conflicts and vacations. Even if you can only make half the sessions, it's worth it! Program will run for 8 weeks, for a total of 64 hours of frisbee fun!
  • Girls and boys both!
  • All skill levels welcome - we'll teach you!
  • Lots of games and scrimmaging
  • Cool coaches from the Mounds View & Irondale varsity teams
