Tess Georgakopoulos, also known as “Chef Tess—Culinary Artist,” has been cooking and baking for well over 45 years -- since she was roughly six years old. We will be creating two amazingly satisfying classic savory meals that would typically take HOURS upon HOURS to create in a fraction of the time using the wonderful appliance called the Instant Pot®; an electric pressure / multi-cooker.
