Great for the beginner ninja or anyone just struggling with basic technique! Focuses on strength, core, balance and endurance. If you are new to Ninja, this is the class for you!
A great beginner class! Levels 0 & 1. Ninjas develop strength and agility during these 8 weeklong courses by learning different styles and techniques to master all obstacles! We have warped walls, angled steps, salmon ladders, cliff hangers, tilted ladders; all Ninja inspired obstacles!
Increase flexibility, problem-solving, and coordination that can be transferred into ninja levels
testing or enhance other athletic performances. All classes are coached by an experienced Ninja
Trainer.
