Celebrate love this Valentine’s Day with a special family flow filled with partner yoga poses and playful activities. Parents and children will share laughter, hugs and smiles as they practice simple, interactive yoga poses and mindful moments to celebrate love. This class is designed to help families bond, communicate and create memories.
