Mounds View Competitive Swimming & Diving Summer Camp

Mounds View Summer Swim & Dive Camp is open to boys & girl, grades 6-12 who have competitive swim & dive experience and are on the high school team or interested in joining the team . The 2 hour practices will include dryland 2-3 days a weeks. Workouts will focus on building strength, endurance, and swimming speed with an emphasis on drills and improving technique . This camp is great opportunity for competitive swimmers who want to begin the high school season in shape and improve your technique. Camp will be coached by Rachael Ostrom, MV Girls Swimming Coach with Chris Yauch and Jack Hoeger, MV Boys and Girls Swimming Coaches. Diving will be coached by MV Boys and Girls Diving coaches: Brenda Bebeau and Isaac Bjorklund.
