USTA Red Ball Tennis Jr.

Get ready to serve up some fun! Participants will have an exciting, confidence-building introduction to the game in a positive and supportive environment. Using kid-friendly equipment and lower-compression red balls, campers learn tennis basics through active instruction, teamwork and lots of play. Participants will practice key skills like serving, forehand and backhand swings, volleys and overhead shots while staying engaged and moving. The week ends with fun tennis games that let kids show off what they’ve learned. This is a recreation-level class. Presented by DASH Sports.

Summer Day Camp Reduced Fees & Financial Assistance:
Youth who are residing within District boundaries and currently qualify for educational benefits are eligible for a limited number of sessions per participant at reduced fees for qualifying Summer Day Camps at Turtle Lake. Financial support is provided by the Ralph Reeder Food Shelf, District Community Education Scholarship fund and other community donors.
