Survive the Wild! Outdoor Engineer

Do you have what it takes to survive in the Wild? In this cool camp you and your team will get challenged to create cool gadgets to “survive” in the Wild! From engineering a cool periscope, harness the power of the sun to cook (marshmallows! - yummy), engineer a device for drinkable water, engineer a shelter, and so much more, you'll return transformed from this cool adventure! These exciting STEM projects take place in the classroom, with some hands-on testing outdoors! Please apply sunscreen to your child. Presented by Tech Tac Toe.

Summer Day Camp Reduced Fees & Financial Assistance:
Youth who are residing within District boundaries and currently qualify for educational benefits are eligible for a limited number of sessions per participant at reduced fees for qualifying Summer Day Camps at Turtle Lake. Financial support is provided by the Ralph Reeder Food Shelf, District Community Education Scholarship fund and other community donors.
