Junior Color Guard Camp

Do you like to dance? Have you ever seen a colorguard in a parade and wanted to give it a try? This class will provide an introduction into the world of colorguard! Colorguard incorporates many styles of movement including jazz and ballet into their choreography. We will learn skills that are typical for today's competing groups such as ballet chassé, chaînés, cones, drop spins, and even tosses! Students need to wear tennis shoes and clothing that allows movement. Students need to bring a water bottle and a snack. Presented by Elsa Ralston.

Summer Day Camp Reduced Fees & Financial Assistance:
Youth who are residing within District boundaries and currently qualify for educational benefits are eligible for a limited number of sessions per participant at reduced fees for qualifying Summer Day Camps at Turtle Lake. Financial support is provided by the Ralph Reeder Food Shelf, District Community Education Scholarship fund and other community donors.
