Tennis - Girls (Chippewa & Edgewood)

Participants will improve their basic understanding of the game while working on the foundations for serving, rallying and scoring, while building tennis skills together in a cooperative team environment.  Activity buses are available after practice for eligible students. Transportation is provided to and from all matches- this bus will not bring students home, individual transportation home will need to be arranged by participants on competition evenings. Space is limited. All Students in grades 6-8 are encouraged to participate. No experience is necessary.  Equipment is provided; participants may bring their own racket

Practices 2:30-3:40pm; Games 3:00-5:00pm

Reduced Fees & Financial Assistance:
Youth who are residing within the Mounds View Public Schools boundaries and currently qualify for educational benefits and/or free/reduced lunch may be eligible for reduced fees and partial scholarships to qualifying Enrichment & Activities programs. Financial support is provided by the Ralph Reeder Food Shelf, District Community Education Scholarship fund and other community donors. Qualifying Enrichment and Activities will have a Financial Support/Educational Benefits fee rate that is 50% of the full fee for the program.
