    Online Competition Chess Club
    Strategy games

    This program is for players of all grades and ages interested in participating and competing in tournament chess, or just want their chess ability to improve to the next tactical level. Players will meet Saturday morning online for chess instruction and fun competitive play. Face to face, sanctioned tournament play is strongly encouraged as well. Expert coaching will be provided for participants at many tournaments. Perfect for students who want extra challenges beyond their school clubs. Also great for students who have a scheduling conflict with their school chess club. Presented by CSGA Enrichment. Reduced Fees & Financial Assistance:Youth who are residing within the Mounds View Public Schools boundaries and currently qualify for educational benefits and/or free/reduced lunch may be eligible for reduced fees and partial scholarships to qualifying Enrichment & Activities programs. Financial support is provided by the Ralph Reeder Food Shelf, District Community Education Scholarship fund and other community donors. Qualifying Enrichment and Activities will have a Financial Support/Educational Benefits fee rate that is 50% of the full fee for the program.
