DASH Sports Tennis camps provide participants with introductory experience to the game in a fun and positive atmosphere. Emphasis is on technique and game play. Key elements of the serve, forehand groundstroke, backhand groundstroke, forehand volley, backhand volley and the overhead smash will be taught and practiced. Participants should wear athletic clothing/shoes, bring a tennis racket and water to drink. If you don’t have a tennis racket, we will provide one for you. Presented by Dash Sports. Join the Chippewa Middle School Charger dance team to learn the basics of dance team and what it is all about! Learn to correctly kick, turn and jump in the style of Dance Team that will help build confidence, promote teamwork and increase flexibility. This camp uses the SNAG (Starting New At Golf) program, designed especially for young golfers, to teach the basics of putting, chipping, pitching, and driving. With colorful, kid-sized equipment made for smaller hands and growing skills, campers will build confidence while having a blast!. The youth wrestling program is designed to be an introductory wrestling program for elementary & Middle School students. The program will focus on teaching kids the basic fundamental skills, techniques and rules of wrestling through fun games and activities. Elementary participants will also be able to compete in an end-of-the-season in-house tournament. Presented by Chris LiteckyNOTE: December 18 is an optional competitive meet.
