Wild & Wonderful: A Nature Art SeriesArtsStudents will create a collection of wild and wonderful nature art including a bold harvest sunflower drawing, a glowing neon platypus and baby, a vibrant butterfly, and a whimsical mouse on a toadstool mushroom. Along the way, artists will experiment with exciting materials like neon liquid watercolor, tempera sticks, markers, and Model Magic to bring their creations to life. Each class is packed with creativity, color, and fun! Presented by KidzArt!Reduced Fees & Financial Assistance:Youth who are residing within the Mounds View Public Schools boundaries and currently qualify for educational benefits and/or free/reduced lunchmay be eligible for reduced fees and partial scholarships to qualifying Enrichment & Activities programs. Create an “ugly sweater” inspired critter using markers and colored pencils, sculpt a winter cardinal perched in a nest with Model Magic and seasonal details like berries, and design a bundled-up polar bear in a scarf using vibrant chalk pastels.
