My Little Horse CampFamily Enrichment & ActivitiesCampers will get to ride a real horse in an arena, meet a number of different horses at Boulder Pointe and learn how to groom the horses, all with a focus on safety! The walking club is geared towards active adults 50+, but everyone is welcome. Walking offers numerous health benefits, including strengthening the heart, lowering blood sugar, easing joint pain, boosting immune function, burning calories, improving mood, extending life expectancy, toning legs and enhancing creative thinking. Each walk is guided by a staff member and covers two to three miles, allowing participants to set their own pace and choose a walk that suits their fitness level.
