The 2 hour practices will include dryland 2-3 days a weeks. Workouts will focus on building strength, endurance, and swimming speed with an emphasis on drills and improving technique . This camp is great opportunity for competitive swimmers who want to begin the high school season in shape and improve your technique. The walking club is geared towards active adults 50+, but everyone is welcome. Walking offers numerous health benefits, including strengthening the heart, lowering blood sugar, easing joint pain, boosting immune function, burning calories, improving mood, extending life expectancy, toning legs and enhancing creative thinking. Each walk is guided by a staff member and covers two to three miles, allowing participants to set their own pace and choose a walk that suits their fitness level.
