Mounds View Area Mountain Bike TeamSummer Camps & ActivitiesThis coed team is composed of participants interested in learning the skills and experiencing the thrills of mountain biking. No previous experience is needed! Our goal is to help students 6th-12th grade develop a lifelong passion for mountain biking. We are one of over 60 teams in the Minnesota Cycling Association (MCA) and our mission is to build strong minds, bodies and character through cycling. There will be a mandatory 2026 season information meeting May 5 at 7 p.m. at Mounds View High School for all riders joining the team. An additional MCA fee of approximately $100 must be paid directly to the league. The 2 hour practices will include dryland 2-3 days a weeks. Workouts will focus on building strength, endurance, and swimming speed with an emphasis on drills and improving technique . This camp is great opportunity for competitive swimmers who want to begin the high school season in shape and improve your technique.
