Meals on Wheels is a community service that delivers nutritious meals to your home with the help of volunteers. This service is available to all persons regardless of age or ability. It is a wonderful way for individuals to stay connected to their communities, remain healthy, and live independently, for as long as possible as well as those with a short term need for meals after a hospitalization/surgery. Meals are provided at a reduced rate due to generous donations from participants, foundations, and the wider community, and also through support of the Mounds View Area School District, Senior Services Consortium of Ramsey County, Metro Meals on Wheels, local Lions Club, Ramsey County Commissioners and others. Middle school students in grades 6-7 who are currently playing in orchestra can register for the middle school orchestra camp. This one-week camp will meet Monday, July 7-July 10 with a choice of timing of 9-11:30 A.M. or 12:30-3 P.M. each day. Students will work in small groups, large groups and explore a variety of musical styles. Students will practice at Chippewa Middle School.

Join us for a playful and nurturing class where you and your child can bond through gentle stretches, partner poses and calming breathing exercises. This unique session will blend movement and mindfulness to create a heartwarming, shared experience.

This coed team is composed of participants interested in learning the skills and experiencing the thrills of mountain biking. No previous experience is needed! Our goal is to help students 6th-12th grade develop a lifelong passion for mountain biking. We are one of over 50 teams in the Minnesota Cycling Association (MCA) and our mission is to build strong minds, bodies and character through cycling. There will be a mandatory 2025 season information meeting May 6 at 7 p.m. at Mounds View High School for all riders joining the team. An additional MCA fee of approximately $100 must be paid directly to the league. Experience the thrill of mountain biking taught by coaches and senior members of the Mounds View/ Irondale High School Mountain Bike Team. This hands-on class covers bike fit, body positioning, group riding, braking, shifting and cornering Riders will practice skills on a beginner-friendly single-track trail. Required equipment: A bike shop quality mountain bike (no department store bikes, no hybrid style road bikes).
