Mindful Movement Middle School Yoga ClubMiddle SchoolMindful movement classes specially designed for middle schoolers! These engaging sessions blend physical activity and creative projects with mindfulness practices to help students manage stress, build strength and flexibility, and develop focus and calm — all in a supportive and welcoming environment. Presented by The Mindfulness Movement Reduced Fees & Financial Assistance:Youth who are residing within the Mounds View Public Schools boundaries and currently qualify for educational benefits and/or free/reduced lunch may be eligible for reduced fees and partial scholarships to qualifying Enrichment & Activities programs. Financial support is provided by the Ralph Reeder Food Shelf, District Community Education Scholarship fund and other community donors. Qualifying Enrichment and Activities will have a Financial Support/Educational Benefits fee rate that is 50% of the full fee for the program. Make & Take Calming CreationsYouth Activities (K-12 grade)A fun and creative way to unwind after a busy school day! Students will enjoy mindful art and sensory play as they create calming take-home crafts designed to soothe and inspire. Each project is paired with simple relaxation techniques to help kids feel centered and calm. Presented by The Mindfulness Movement.
