Every hero has super powers—and in this camp, Spanish is one of them! Campers will create their own superheroes, learn to describe abilities, emotions, and traits, and practice simple Spanish phrases through dramatic play and storytelling. This camp encourages confidence, self-expression, and teamwork while introducing age-appropriate Spanish vocabulary in a fun, empowering way. Presented by Language Sprout. Summer Day Camp Reduced Fees & Financial Assistance: Youth who are residing within District boundaries and currently qualify for educational benefits are eligible for a limited number of sessions per participant at reduced fees for qualifying Summer Day Camps at Turtle Lake. Financial support is provided by the Ralph Reeder Food Shelf, District Community Education Scholarship fund and other community donors.
