WaitlistAdult Day Trip: Millner VineyardsAdult Day TripsVisit the Millner Heritage Vineyard and Winery near Kingston, MN. A tour will be given explaining the process of developing and caring for the vineyard, including the process of making wine from fresh grapes to bottle. Lunch will be served with a wine tasting presentation on the nine-acre estate. After, stop at Deer Lake Orchard to purchase all your favorite apple treats. Trip Mobility Level: Level 3: Expectations: This requires moderate physical activity. Participants should expect a large amount of walking. There will be time to rest between activities. NEW! Walking ClubHealth, Wellness & SafetyParticipants can enjoy the many benefits of walking, connect with others, explore local parks and appreciate the beauty of nature. The walking club is geared towards active adults 50+, but everyone is welcome. Walking offers numerous health benefits, including strengthening the heart, lowering blood sugar, easing joint pain, boosting immune function, burning calories, improving mood, extending life expectancy, toning legs and enhancing creative thinking. Each walk is guided by a staff member and covers two to three miles, allowing participants to set their own pace and choose a walk that suits their fitness level. A detailed schedule and trail maps will be sent out prior to the start.Summer 2025
