Late Pickup FeeSummer Camps & ActivitiesLate Fee & Pick-Up Procedures In the event that a participant has not been picked up by 5:05 p.m., the organization will attempt to contact the parent/guardian. If there is no response by 5:30 p.m. or the participant remains on-site, the organization reserves the right to contact emergency services for assistance. Repeated instances of late pick-ups may lead to the dismissal of the child from current and future community education programs.
