During the Summer 'Stangs you will learn the basics of dance team and what the MVHS Viewettes Dance Team program is all about. You will learn basic dance skills, ballet, strength training, work on flexibility and learn some fun & exciting dance combos. During the final class we will have a show for all family & friends to demonstrate what we have learned over the summer months! Camp Tank Included. Please note: no class July 6-10

Mounds View Summer Swim & Dive Camp is open to boys & girl, grades 6-12 who have competitive swim & dive experience and are on the high school team or interested in joining the team . The 2 hour practices will include dryland 2-3 days a weeks. Workouts will focus on building strength, endurance, and swimming speed with an emphasis on drills and improving technique . This camp is great opportunity for competitive swimmers who want to begin the high school season in shape and improve your technique. Camp will be coached by MV Swimming Coaches Jack Hoeger, Chris Yauch and Rachael Ostrom. Diving will be coached by MV Diving coaches: Brenda Bebeau and Isaac Bjorklund.
