Indoor USTA Tennis Camp
DASH Sports Tennis camps provide participants with introductory experience to the game in a fun and positive atmosphere. Emphasis is on technique and game play. Key elements of the serve, forehand groundstroke, backhand groundstroke, forehand volley, backhand volley and the overhead smash will be taught and practiced. Participants should wear athletic clothing/shoes, bring a tennis racket and water to drink. If you don’t have a tennis racket, we will provide one for you. Presented by Dash Sports. Reduced Fees & Financial Assistance:Youth who are residing within the Mounds View Public Schools boundaries and currently qualify for educational benefits and/or free/reduced lunch may be eligible for reduced fees and partial scholarships to qualifying Enrichment & Activities programs. Financial support is provided by the Ralph Reeder Food Shelf, District Community Education Scholarship fund and other community donors. Qualifying Enrichment and Activities will have a Financial Support/Educational Benefits fee rate that is 50% of the full fee for the program. Youth Wrestling - Middle School
The youth wrestling program is designed to be an introductory wrestling program for elementary & Middle School students. The program will focus on teaching kids the basic fundamental skills, techniques and rules of wrestling through fun games and activities. Elementary participants will also be able to compete in an end-of-the-season in-house tournament. Presented by Chris LiteckyNOTE: December 18 is an optional competitive meet.
