In addition, students will have an opportunity to make horse treats to feed their new friends. This two-hour camp is designed for parent/guardian participation and they are expected to remain with their child during the entire duration of the camp. Join art teacher Jess Silk for a hands on pottery glazing experience perfect for families. Each session features a fun, seasonal ceramic project you and your child can personalize with 16–20 vibrant glaze colors. No experience is needed. Jess will demonstrate several techniques and provide guidance as you complete your projects! Each participant will create their own individual project. All creations will be kiln-fired and ready for pickup the following week at the Mounds View District Center. Turtle Lake Choir Twins GameFamily Enrichment & ActivitiesTurtle Lake families and staff are invited to attend a Minnesota Twins game (versus the Toronto Blue Jays). The Turtle Lake Choir will be performing the National Anthem prior to the game. Let's all take this great opportunity for our community to get together outside of the classroom, have fun, meet other Turtle Lake school families, and cheer for the Minnesota Twins and our choir!
