Campers will get to ride a real horse in an arena, meet a number of different horses at Boulder Pointe and learn how to groom the horses, all with a focus on safety! In addition, students will have an opportunity to make horse treats to feed their new friends. This two-hour camp is designed for parent/guardian participation and they are expected to remain with their child during the entire duration of the camp. Spend quality time with a child in your life while creating something special! Join art teacher Jess Silk for a hands on pottery glazing experience perfect for families. Each session features a fun, seasonal ceramic project you and your child can personalize with 16–20 vibrant glaze colors. No experience is needed. Take advantage of discounted prices for Mounds View families and join us for a fun afternoon of snow tubing at Wild Mountain. Get the thrill of cruising down a tubing lane alone or with a group of friends/family. The conveyor lift makes getting to the top of the hill effortless. It’s fun, it’s easy and much better than sliding in your backyard. Online registration only through Community Education. Important details: Wild mountain recommends a minimum of 42" tall to go tubing. Everyone must ride in their own tube. Wild Mountain provides tubes for everyone tubing. They do have smaller tubes for guests under 100 lbs. Helmet rental is available at check in for an additional $8 per person.
