Orchestra Instrument RentalSummer OrchestraThis course is for students who selected the option to rent an instrument from the school. enrolling in this course pays the instrument rental fee and ensures students have an instrument for their summer band course. District instrument rental is available based on student need as identified by their Orchestra Director . Students who play larger instruments are encouraged to rent 2 instruments from school (one stays at home, one stays at school. Other school instruments may be available for rental for students who qualify for free/reduced lunch. The rental fee covers the summer and a full year of school. Paint Your Own Pottery Family Nights!Family Enrichment & ActivitiesSpend quality time with a child in your life while creating something special! Join art teacher Jess Silk for a hands on pottery glazing experience perfect for families. Each session features a fun, seasonal ceramic project you and your child can personalize with 16–20 vibrant glaze colors. No experience is needed. Jess will demonstrate several techniques and provide guidance as you complete your projects! Each participant will create their own individual project. All creations will be kiln-fired and ready for pickup the following week at the Mounds View District Center.
